These filters are the manufacturers filters and allow the Roomba run efficiently and run well. If you don't replace or try something else, you have a direct impact on the life of the Roomba.

Might not be counterfeit, but they are very old stock

Having purchased these directly from IRobot before, I checked the order I received closely. The packaging is different, but contains all the same information. However, on closer inspection, the packaging has the old Logo ('i' separated from 'Robot) which has not been used by iRobot since 2016. Reading the information on the side of the box it has a copyright statement '2013-2015' which is consistent with the logo being used. The image on the front also seems slightly blurred. Everything else on the box seems reasonable, so I'm not calling these counterfeit. However, if they are genuine items, they are in boxes which are 7 years old - and a HEPA filter may well have a shelf life. Perhaps that explains why they are almost half price.
