TORVA 30 Inch Undermount Kitchen Sink

[Update @ May 5th 2023 ] After I found the quality issue, I immediately contacted TORVA via email and phone message. Linda from TORVA support team contacted me by phone, and she immediately arranged new sink delivery after I explained what happened to the sink. Linda sincerely apologized for the delay caused by the quality issue. We both agree the issue can happen during manufacturing, QC or transportation, Linda also arranged full refund. Blow is quote from Linda's email "Please don’t worry. Again,I’m truly sorry for this happened. Our brand TORVA is committed to service first, consumers just buy the product to enjoy it,any and all services are left to us." New Sind arrived perfectly flat and square, no issue at all. See the newly updated photo. Linda' support and effort are beyond my expectation, and she deserves a big promotion! 5 stars to TORVA. ============Original Post @ April 20th 2023 ========================================== The sink is not flat, and it is twisted. As you can see from photos, there is about 3/16" gap all the way at one side. Not only it is not flat, it is not even square. The package was delivered in perfect condition without any damage, so QA must be the issue. Found other reviewer had similar issue, which can not be fixed using caulking. Bondo or JB welding might be able to fill the gap, but I expect the product to be flat and square out of box. Very disappointed.
