Literally just got this product a few minutes ago and I love it. It supports the baby well and your back. Wonderful quality and lightweight. My baby likes to be held and held while sleep so she didn’t have an issue. I was moving around with ease. Definitely recommend this product.

Awkward size for baby around 16-18 lbs

I wanted to like this carrier, but my baby doesn’t fit in it comfortably! It worked ok when my baby was smaller at 1 month old (10 lbs), but now that he is 3-4 months (16-18 lbs) the top straps sit below his shoulder cap and above his arm pit, so I can’t put his shoulder over the strap. And when I put his arm under the straps, they just dig into his arm! It leaves red marks and an imprint where the straps rub. So even though the carrier says up to 32 lbs, there is a time when you won’t be able to use it comfortably. Now I’ve missed the return window so I’m stuck with it hoping it’ll work out again when he is bigger
