The Information supplied did not give the bolt diameter. They are smaller than what is required

I took a chance and ordered these, hoping that they would work since the bolt size is not given in the description. I need 3/8" diameter and these are smaller (about 5/16" and likely metric) with a smaller bolt head as well, so they are not a workable replacement. I did not return them since their value is not worth it.
