So-so

The neocaridina shrimp definitely eat it, they just don't go crazy for it. In fact, my shrimp just don't seem to go crazy for any food at all. Maybe they are too spoiled. The baby shrimp that hitched a ride in the aquatic arts shipment are still alive and going strong. Some other reviewers reported their shrimp thriving and breeding like wild after using GlasGarten products. My shrimp came with no berried females and I bought these products soon after. So far, I still see no berried females. I've read somewhere that the dwarf shrimp gestation period is about 30 days; maybe my shrimp were at the very beginning of the gestation period and the stress of being shipped in addition to adjusting to the new tank ended up further delaying the breeding cycle. I will update if anything significant changes. Any advice is welcome. I like it, but I use 1/10th of the recommended amount. Don't overfeed or you will get a nitrite spike in your tank. It spreads on the surface of the water very easily. I put a bit of tank water in a cup, add some of this powder to it, give it a swirl so the powder sinks, and pour it gently into my tanks.
