Bandai Dragon Ball Super Card Game Special Pack

I'm new to the card game and my packs were resealed with tape... I've collected and played other card games before and I would never open packs up like this.. Also I've never seen anyone do that before just saying! Each pack had a holofoil rare card so that's cool but was the seller making sure his buyers received a good or decent card in each pack...? Or were cards replaced with what was in them with an easy card that gets pulled alot and take out what really comes with them idk? I'll "change" my review to a more positive one or just delete my current review once I get a response.. We will see.
