Speedy Mobile Is Great to work with

Ok, so, when I opened the product and signed in, there were some issues...WHen I let the seller know, he was on it immediately, and completely supported me...He has gone above and beyond the call and made sure that I was happy. THIS PRODUCT IS BRAND NEW AND IN NEW IN PACKAGE> The unit itself is very nice. Has great speakers, and awesome video capabilities...Watched about 4 hours of netflix last night on it...and it was great! Thanks to the folks at Speedy Mobile for helping me get it set up!

Used tablet shipped instead of unused

I ordered the tablet that was listed as new.I got a used one in a beat up box.I returned it and asked for a replacement and got another used one. no paperwork as stated in ad. Antenna works poorly.
