Heavy Duty Doesn't Equal Quality

After a week using the step feature, one of the foot holds began separating from the mounting point. Because of that, it started grinding against the plastic wall. The hardware underneath also had to be adjusted, as it arrived not completely tight. I've started the return/replacement process. We'll see how unit #2 is.
