andily Electric Space Heater (Open Box)

This little thing was so powerful! I used it almost every day for over a year. I get cold a lot, and this really did the job. I was so happy about my purchase that I decided I'd buy another one of the same model once this one ran out. It stopped working after about a year, which I expected---Another type that I bought of similar size stopped working a little before a year of constant use, so I figured I'd get about a year out of it. I purchased my second model--It looked slightly different, though I thought that might just be normal, as brands sometimes change little things each year. However, it seemed to be missing some small pieces to hold it in place, and looked like there were fingerprint smudges on it. It looked like they sent me a lightly-used return. I am not willing to use a slightly-used heater that blows air onto me in a pandemic. Ridiculous. It really makes me angry. People should not be re-selling returns of this nature at this time. It's the middle of a COVID surge and COVID can linger on certain surfaces for more than 2 weeks. People have gotten COVID from A/C units, and I just don't want to use a heater someone could have used during a surge. It's gross, and when you pay full-price, you don't want anything even lightly-used--Sell it at a reduced price, marked "lightly used", if you're going to do that, but I feel that it shows a lack of respect for your customers to try and sell them a used item disguised as something new. I don't know who used it before me, and I don't pay full-price to get something that isn't equal in longevity or cleanliness to an item that IS new. Why would I pay the same price for that? The plastic was not sealed and was partially pulled down so that it covered only about 3/4 of the item. Just gross.
