Plantronics X00368DD5N Plantronics voyager 5200UC Bla (Open Box)

I have been buying Plantronics Bluetooth for the last 12 years. I have been buying from Amazon and Best Buy. I probably bought 3 from Best Buy with no issues and 7 from Amazon with only one that gave me some issues after over one year of using it. Overall, I was very happy with the PLT series. I bought this POLY series after I lost my PLT that I had for more than two years. This POLY series is my first and since the first week, I had people complaining that they couldn't hear me clearly and sometimes that my voice was like that I had put my phone on speaker mode and was talking from a distance. Like my voice was drifting. Very unhappy but I still trust Plantronics so I ordered another PLR but I received a POLY instead, but I have been using it for a week with no issues so far.
