Buy the warranty!

I wish I could give this frame a good review, because it is a good frame, but the best advice I can give is “if you are going to purchase this product, be sure to invest in the warranty”. I received my frame on April 6, 2020. I am writing this review on May 1, 2020. This morning the bed literally laid down and died. Thank goodness it laid down, otherwise I would be in an upright position until I could replace it. Returning an item of this size is inconvenient at best, so I will just keep this now non-adjustable bed frame. I have contacted the company, but have heard nothing as of yet.
