Excellent Results for My Household
By Balanced Reviewer on Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2018
Very versatile inversion table which easily and quickly adjusts for differing heights. My family ranges from 5’ to 6’3” tall, and it takes only seconds to adjust the table for each of us. I have felt great using this daily even though I had no physical complaints beforehand. My wife has sciatica and finds this relieves what was debilitating pain when sitting and walking to the point that she no longer experiences any pain. The temporary height gain from decompression and improved posture are definitely pluses. The unit provides for a wide variety of stretching and rotation exercises, some of which we haven’t yet tried, but the versatility is fantastic. Even though I didn’t have any back issues prior, I can feel a distinct difference in my posture and gait after using this table. For storage, it’s somewhat larger and heavier than I expected but this just improves stability when setup. It can be moved for storage but be forewarned that this is large and might be considered heavy to move for many people, so it’s best if it can at least be stored in-place or near to where it will be used.

Mine came with short x1 handles
By Eb on Reviewed in the United States on March 13, 2019
My order experience. I ordered the fitspine x3. The x3 has several upgraded features one of which are extended handles. The x1, according to all instructions, comes with short handles. The x2 and x3 should come with the longer extended handles. The extended handles are used for supplemental stretching exercises. Unfortunately mine came with the short x1 handles. I contacted Teeter and was told that I received the correct handles. Further, I was told that the instructions showing the x2 and x3 with long extended handles were "misprints". Also please be advised that the x3 assembly videos I encountered all show the long extended handles for the x3. I guess the videos were also "misprints" as well. I hope this is just my experience and everyone else gets a complete x3 system. I did not.
