Ten stars for customer service :)
By Sleepless on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2019
I’ve been interested in doing inversion for awhile. I researched different tables and chose this one. When it arrived, it came with the wrong handles. I had wanted the extended ones and the table they sent had the short ones. I was so hoping I wouldn’t need to repack this table (that was partially assembled) and ship it back. I called Teeter customer service on a Thursday afternoon. I was greeted politely and after a few minutes and an exchange of information, was promised the handles I wanted. We finished putting the table together with the short handles as the customer rep suggested so I could still use my table. I assumed I’d have a long wait for the new handles so I was glad that the short ones fit. Zoom forward to Monday morning and here are my beautiful long handles and hardware all carefully packed and delivered to my porch. I’m stunned! Thank you! As far as my experiences are with the table, I really learned a lot from the DVD and I’m trying some of the exercises. I find I can only do 3-5 minutes at a time so far, but I really feel something happening with my back and hips. I feel totally safe and secure the whole time I’m inverted. I believe this to be a very well made piece of equipment. It’s not as easy to store away as I’d hoped it would be, but so far I’ve been using it often enough that I can’t see myself folding it up unless I have guests staying in the room I have it set up in. I really am enjoying this. If my opinion changes, I’ll for sure edit this at a later date.

Mine came with short x1 handles
By Eb on Reviewed in the United States on March 13, 2019
My order experience. I ordered the fitspine x3. The x3 has several upgraded features one of which are extended handles. The x1, according to all instructions, comes with short handles. The x2 and x3 should come with the longer extended handles. The extended handles are used for supplemental stretching exercises. Unfortunately mine came with the short x1 handles. I contacted Teeter and was told that I received the correct handles. Further, I was told that the instructions showing the x2 and x3 with long extended handles were "misprints". Also please be advised that the x3 assembly videos I encountered all show the long extended handles for the x3. I guess the videos were also "misprints" as well. I hope this is just my experience and everyone else gets a complete x3 system. I did not.
