Very happy with purchase

Pretty sturdy glasses and paper filter is very thick and gives you very clean coffee. It has bo coffee grind residues in your dripped coffee. It comes with 10 filters and when I was out and couldn’t find the filter from the same company I began using the metal filter, I didn’t get the same result. I bought Chemex paper filter large and it was perfect.

Great while it lasted

I did like this for the 7 months it lasted. It was easy to use and very easy to clean which was the main point of switching over from my French press. However, it broke out of nowhere while I was just handling it as normal. Was about to put it back in my cupboard and it broke in my hands. I reached out to customer service and they said nothing could be done so I don’t know if I would recommend this.
