Nutriana Keto Diet BHB Pills

This is the first time that I've ever tried a BHB supplement. I'm relatively new to the Keto diet and I stumbled across this product during my research. I saw that it could help with getting you into ketosis faster, more deeply (darker), help control hunger/provide energy, and may assist with bypassing the keto flu. So this is my experience. Of course I discovered this product after my bout with the keto flu, so I have no idea if it really helps with that or not. I was in "medium ketosis" after about a week of doing it naturally. I took two capsules and found that I was a bit more awake later into the evening than I usually am. As far as I can tell, it did give me a bit of energy. The next morning I checked my ketosis level again, and I was in "dark". Since then, I stay in the dark pretty much non-stop. A couple of times that I've taken in more carbs than usual, I took an extra dose of this product and was still in dark ketosis the following morning. So as far as I can tell, this really does help with the keto diet. My thought is that this may not be an "everyday" product; it may be something that I only take if I have a bit of a cheat day, or if I notice that my ketosis isn't where it's supposed to be. It seems to force your body into ketosis much faster, and helps it recover if you have a few extra carbs. I am definitely glad that I gave this a shot; I will undoubtedly keep a bottle on-hand in case I feel like I want a little extra boost to my diet. I would definitely recommend giving this product a chance; it is well worth it in my opinion.
