The item is nice and authentic. Its the same price and the pandora website. But I ordered this for Christmas and the packaging wasn't nice. It was on a plastic strip and a pouch. No box or paperwork. I feel that next time I will make a trip to the store for the extra touch, especially for gift.

Bends easy and breaks

I've had this bracelet for about 2 months and wore it constantly. I only had one charm on it. I slept on it and bent it. The bracelet reminds me of wire mesh and when it bent, the bracelet broke. It's a pretty bracelet but you obviously can't wear it every day and certainly don't sleep with it on.
