Seller shipped the item quickly. I paid for expedited shipping and the camera arrived a day earlier than stated. This was a replacement camera for one that was damaged. Installation was easy based on that factor; however, there are templates included to help guide the average person. Camera comes with three mounting screws, I would recommend using something better; I used longer wood screws. My alarm company did the same thing when they installed during the build of my house. I did see a negative review for this item, and while I cannot speak for their experience, I have had absolutely no issues with the camera. Picture is great and it was easy to link to my other services. My alarm company wasn’t as happy because I didn’t buy this through them or use their labor. Use this seller for a much better deal.

This camera is a huge improvement over the older bullet cameras. Nice wide angle and quality is way better. Installation is easy. Use template for holes to screw into. Screw off outer shell to access screw holes. You can position the camera angle but its fixed no remote panning. Wireless cameras still need power so these are nice since you just run an Ethernet cable to it . Use a POE switch to deliver power and its more reliable than wireless since its hardwired. Biggest improvement is recordings are object based. This means no more recordings at sunrise/sunset or when its raining.
