Rexing V2 Dual Camera HD Dash Cam (Open Box)

The Rexing V2 is a very nice and easy to use Dash Cam. It’s slightly bigger than my previous dash cam. I choose the double side tape stick mount, because in my experience the Suction Cups window mounts tend to fail when there’s a drastic change in the weather. I love the ability to be able to review the footage on the large screen and not having to use a magnifying glass to see it! I really like the dual camera feature and the Video Quality is outstanding on both cameras during the day. At night the Front camera works well but it can become challenging for the Rear inside facing camera to pickup clear videos if it’s dark inside your vehicle and there’s not enough highway or street lighting. I purchased a High Endurance 128GB Micro SD Card to go with it. The buttons are simple and straight forward to use. The instructions are spot on. The Wi-Fi is the main reason I wanted to get this model, because I love the ability to be able to save and download and footage to my phone. It can be a bit challenging getting the Wi-Fi setup to your phone at first, but once it’s all setup, it’s works fine. The first day I installed it and took a test ride, I came to a stop sign and I always have a habit of counting One Thousand One….One Thousand Two….One Thousand Three out loud so the mic can pic me up while I’m counting whenever I see a Police officer monitoring traffic. And wouldn’t you know it, right after I came to a complete stop for 3 full seconds, he lights me up! When he got to the car, he asked me why I thought he pulled me over. I told him I had No ideal! He then told me I failed to come to a complete stop! I told him you couldn’t be talking about me because Me and Mr. Rexing have proof that I came to a complete stop for 3 full seconds. He had a look of confusion on his face because I had no passengers. He goes to his car and comes back 10 minutes and asked me who Mr. Rexing was. I pointed to my newly installed dash cam and told him that me and Mr. Rexing witnessed the whole thing. He promptly gave me my license, proof of insurance, and registration back and said this time he was just going to let me off with a warning this time LOL! Mr Rexing saved me from a ticket! This encounter alone makes having a dash cam priceless and that’s not even mentioning for Accidents and Insurance purposes! The Rexing V2 is a winner in my book and I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a Quality Dual Camera Dash Cam!
