I bought this refurbished and it operates just as new. I replaced a router that I had to pay rent for through my service provider. It is saving me that monthly rental feel, and operate just as good or maybe better than the new one I was renting.

Took a chance on this refurbished unit. It worked for 60 days. I called their tech support and I was out of their warranty window. They offered to extend the warranty for $100. No. I did get in touch with Amazon and they offered a return for a refund.
