Dell Latitude 5490 14.0" Laptop (Open Box)

Laptop came with the screen scratched right in the middle of it, the display itself was completely wobbly and felt like it was going to break off if I moved it the wrong way, the left side of the mouse was stuck or something and would not work correctly, was dirty and had crusty stuff all over it, laptop immediately started glitching during setup and to top it all off - it doesn’t even work if not plugged in. Immediately shuts off once unplugged. Orange light keeps flashing as it’s plugged in and battery states it’s plugged in and charged but still will not work once unplugged and stating it is at full charge. I do not have the time to attempt to troubleshoot anything on my own or wait for a replacement, as it’s refurbished to begin with so I got what I paid for I guess. Huge disappointment, waste of money and time, do not buy into these reviews for this refurbished trash. Simply needed a laptop for basic office work, nothing fancy and can’t even get that. Save your money, buy new and not off Amazon.
