Crispy Tater Tots Guaranteed Every Time
By Master and Commander on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2019
Perfect for Tater Tots! Set them up vertically in the circular bin like wood-pins. Set the temp at 400 deg F max for 13 minutes. Drizzle w your favorite bar-b-que sauce. Crispy! Update. Not even (1) year and twice quite intermittingly the device will not power up when plugged in. Is there a reset button? Answer: No, there is not a reset button on either the Digital or Analog models. Update. Replacement received from Dash within 30 days of request though not Digital. The Analog model shown in comparison requires a longer cook time. Also, the tray from the Digital model (1.6 qt) will not fit the Analog model (2.0 qt). Try 400 deg F w 20 minutes when using the Analog model instead of the quicker 13 min for the Digital model at the max 400 deg F. Same crispy results but at a cost of 7 minutes.

Air Fryer and Customer Service Sucks
By Amanda on Reviewed in the United States on May 26, 2020
I usually don't write reviews but the customer service for this company(DASH) has left me no choice. I bought this air fryer 4 months ago and it worked fine at the beginning. With the use I started to notice that the non-stick part of the fryer basket was sticking to the food. That was not the biggest issue for me. After 4 months of use, it suddenly stopped working and didn't turn on. So I called their customer service to issue a warranty claim and they said that they could replace it with no problem. When I was giving the shipment address, the girl was being very rude acting as if I was not speaking correctly. So I started to speak very clear and when I told her that my address was from Puerto Rico she went to say that the warranty does not cover in PR. She said that most of the time their products "don't work outside of the US and Canada", which doesn't make any sense to me. She said that amazon does not filter the countries and that is something that they have been trying to fix, putting all the blame on amazon. I went directly into their webpage to verify the shipping and warranty policy and it does not specify anything about not covering PR (which is US territory). It just states: "Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Therefore, the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state", which is very ambiguous just to cover their ass.
