I never write reviews, but I seriously appreciate how easy it was to set this computer up. After setting up the computer it gives the option to make another log in for kids! I made one easily, hasn't negatively impacted or gotten in the way of anything. I also really appreciate how easy it was to connect my printer. I have never had a printer. I am loving HP and glad I looked at reviews before making the purchase. VERY pleased.

This system was purchased to replace an MS Surface, used in a back bedroom with internet via WiFi. The first install/setup went straight forward with all Windows 11 Pro and other updates were made up to and including version 24H2. The next morning the system WiFi was not recognized so it was unusable. Selecting the 'Show available networks' option no longer revealed the Public/Private options and the established networks (used successfully by the Surface and other PCs). I tried an OS reinstall to no avail. I did go to Best Buy and buy a USB WiFi adapter, which I was able to use erratically. This was reported to WOWPC Support who gave me the options of returning this system for either a replacement or a refund. I took the refund. All the years of installing PCs at home have never ended like this.
