Lenovo 14" Chromebook S330 Laptop (Open Box)

This computer overall is an excellent product. I know because I have had one for around three years and have been using it for college without any issues until now. The problem is that when I purchased a replacement, it came in and was not functional during the start-up process. It turned on when I plugged it in, however, it had not been updated for two years, and I had to sit and wait for it to do so. Which is okay, no big deal. Until it finished the update, and had to start over and do it again. Even still I waited and allowed it to update a second time. The issue occurred when I attempted to log in with my Google account. The laptop screen went black and all I could see was the mouse. That was for about three minutes. Then the mouse disappeared, the computer turned off, and would not turn back on again. I called Lenovo customer support, and found out that there was no response to the power cycling efforts we made during troubleshooting. Lenovo had sold this product a few years ago and did not have any information on my laptop when I gave them the product number. I was able to get a refund from Amazon, but I am ultimately very disappointed with this product because I really enjoyed my model and everything that came with it. If you are considering this purchase, I wouldn't risk buying this product through Amazon because you cannot rely on it to run as advertised and it is not connected with Lenovo any longer due to it being manufactured a few years ago.
