This is easily the best phone I've ever owned. I use the battery quite heavily, and after 2 months, the lowest it's ever gotten is about 25%. Wireless charge means never having to plug it in.

Charging speed is ok.(1 hour ~40 minutes when not in use)Software is so much worse than before, and requires so much time and attention from the user.Battery life is approx twice as much as S7 (3000mAh)

Cell phone doesn't allow to download certain apps, fox example, Chase Bank App and some other apps that don't remember. Looses internet signal very often, where I have to put it in plane mode and back to regular mode for it to get internet connection again. Most of the problem is the incompatibility with the apps

Cellphone missing in the box. Box was in perfect conditions but just the phone was missing. Instead I found a cellphone case. I have the video opening the box.

What i dislike is that always there a message indicating that there something blocking an sensor. But the rest is okay

Great phone so far. Upgraded from s9+, its worth the upgrade, stylus makes it so much more useful.
