Casara 4-in-1 Electric Milk Steamer

I love this thing. I looked at many frothers before buying this. I didn't want a non-stick interior and didn't want to spend a fortune, so I took a chance on this. Been using it for about 3 months. It's fantastic. Does everything it says it will. Easy to use and clean. I've tried the cold-milk setting. Works fine, Tried making hot chocolate. Great. But I almost always use it just for frothing milk for coffee and even tea. Sometimes, with a late-night snake, I drink just the hot frothed milk. It works by induction, like the expensive cook tops. Has a much bigger frother wheel than the expensive "brand name" frothers. The cup is just metal, inside and out, with a handle. The frothing wheel attached to a small post comes completely out so there's nothing hard to clean. To froth, just set the center-post/wheel into the cup, select the settling if you want to change it, and press the on button. The working "innards" are hidden in the base, no complicated mechanisms that you can't get to, to clean. As far as I can tell, there's only one way to mess up slightly. Because the frother wheel doesn't attach to anything -- you just set it into the cup -- you can set it in crooked. Happens only rarely if I'm in a hurry. Then, it makes an unhappy noise, and I just take off the lid and straighten it. With no observable mechanism making it work, the thing is part magic. I love it. Frothed milk is hot. As it says, works best with fresh, cold milk, but it'll froth anything. Froths 2% as good as whole milk. The milk does affect the density of foam. I used to have an espresso machine with a frothing wand. This device does at least as good, if not better., and the prices is good. If it'd been priced any higher, I might've bought the "brand name" frother, so they shouldn't raise the price. They're clearly making a profit as it is. Highly recommended.
