Soundbar Upgrade

This sound bar replaced a Dell AX510 due to a monitor failure. It has good sound, and it was easy to attach to my monitor stand. Please note, I could not use the attachment points it came with since was designed to work with a few specific monitors. in the picture, the sound bar is nestled in between 2 - 27" monitors. It has the volume knob on the left which makes for easy access on my set-up. This unit does not require a power source since it receives its power through the USB cable. It also has a microphone built in; however, I have not used it.

There's no sound if the USB isn't connected to the device you wanto to listen to, so it's not just for power.

This is my 3rd soundbar. The first one quit after 3 months; from March to June. I immediately bought a new one, and that didn't work! My PC is a Dell, so I bought a Dell this time, and it is perfect. The sound is great, very smooth and resonant. I have it at 20, whereas I needed my other soundbar at least 30, and higher if the air conditioner is running. So, yes I recommend this one.

Horrible sound quality. I wasn't expecting a Bose speaker, but these have: Zero Bass. Garbled treble and mid tones. Not a driver problem...these are just low quality speaker tech.
