Returned item-Update new item and works fine.

Was unable to fully charge and then was unable to update the watch. Followed steps several times and the max charge after 24 hours was 95%. I already own a Fitbit 2 and have used this watch since 12/2017. Returning process has been easy. Keep all your boxes/open with the idea you may have to return your item. It does have a lithium battery and your boxes have all the labels required for returning, this is super important, you won't be able to return your item without it. Their instructions will state the same. Will update review upon receipt of new watch, yeah! NEW ITEM, WORKS AND LOVE IT. LINKS TO YOUR PHONE THRU APP AND PROVIDES EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. AWESOME

Not worth upgrading from an Alta to this

I had an Alta for 3 or 4 years and it was much more quick to sync and never gave me any trouble. This charge 3 makes you not want to use it because I have to manually sync it and it always says something different on the Alta versus what it shows on my phone. It takes too long to get data synced and then sometimes it still wrong. If the Alta was an 5 star, this is a 2.5
