best nail hardener I've ever used.

My problem are peeling/splitting nails. My hands are in water often, so I think this contributes to this. My nails are nice, but past a certain length, the top layer starts to peel off with or without nail polish. I've tried vitamins, iron supplements, and special nail supplements. I've tried a base coat, Sally H. nail hardeners, OPI nail hardeners, etc - without much luck. This stuff made a difference in days. I have followed the instructions and simply put one coat on each day; removing every 6 to 7 and starting again. This dries quickly, and takes seconds to do each day. My nails have never been stronger nor looked better. This isn't completely clear -- it has a milky white color in the bottle, but goes on as a very pale white/clear on the nail. It actually looks very nice -- and also makes a great base if you should decide to add color. I don't find a need to add color for every day use as it almost has the appearance of a faint french manicure as my nail tips are pretty white, but I have also painted my nails for an occasion using this. I removed the color to continue with the daily regimen the next day, however. I did notice that I had absolutely no chipping while using this -- but again, I only had polish on for a day (however, I normally chip with dark polish within that time). I'd recommend this for anyone who just wants to have nice looking nails with minimal effort. It's a great product.

Unfortunately it burned my skin/nails so bad that I had to stop using it.
By Bobs Mom on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2019
Unfortunately this didn't work out for me. What ever chemicals are in it really burned my nails and skin. I only used it for 2 days and just couldn't continue. My nails are so thin and sensitive from artificial nails over the years. I soaked off the acrylic last year and have been getting shellac - I just quit the shellac and went to this in hopes it would work. I did like the opaque finish - and I think it would of done the trick? So just beware if you have sensitive nails.
