THIS IS THE BEST PILLOW I HAVE EVER OWNED! **UPDATED HONEST REVIEW**

Below is the review I posted in August of 2020. I have owned this pillow for almost 2 years! I updated my experience at the bottom. August 2020 review: Let me start off by saying that I consider myself a pillow snob. I have gone through hundreds of pillows in my lifetime including the infamous My Pillow. After using the EnerPlex pillow for 2 weeks I have to say that this is the BEST PILLOW I have ever owned! I recently bought a top of the line My Pillow which cost me over $80 with shipping and taxes. After 1 week I sent it back. It was a complete waste of $$ and the worst pillow I ever owned!! Anyway back to this review. After sleeping on this pillow for 1 night I knew I made the right choice! It is soft but firm. You don't sink into it which I hate. I am mainly a side sleeper but I do sometimes tend to sleep on my back. This pillow keeps your head and neck aligned in the right position. Other pillows would leave my head and neck so achy in the morning. I have read several negative reviews stating that this pillow has a strong chemical smell. I have a very sensitive respiratory system. If this pillow had a harsh smell it would have sent it back immediately! I did let the pillow air out for a few hours before use, I do this with most things I buy new. The best feature of this pillow is the removable cover and the extra foam! You can adjust the pillow to your comfort level. I don't know any other company that does this? As a self proclaimed pillow snob I would recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a reasonable, comfortable, and restful nights sleep. You won't be disappointed! **UPDATED 2022 REVIEW** After sleeping on this pillow for almost 2 years I have to say that this is still THE BEST PILLOW I HAVE EVER OWNED! It hasn't lost any of its firmness (which most pillows do after time). I only wash the outer cover. I do not wash the memory foam! I spray the foam with lysol and leave it out to dry. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MY PILLOW OR ANY OTHER OVER PRICED LUXURY PILLOW. I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL!! THIS IS THE BEST PILLOW ON THE MARKET!!

This pillow is everything that the reviews said it would be and more. It comes with plenty of foam and back up foam just in case you want to adjust the height to your liking. The foam is extremely pliable, and molds into a nice fluffy cloud of pleasure, once inside of thecasing. The pillow exceeded my expectations, even with the inevitable memory foam scent. My tip is to fluff the pillow yourself instead of putting it in the dryer, and to let the pillow sit out for at least 24 hours before use. I hope this helped! Update: I washed this pillow recently, using the manufacturer’s instructions( cold water, gentle cycle, no dry), and it ruined the pillow’s insides. It matted into a congealed ball of mess. So I contacted the seller and received two different replies. One response told me they were willing to assist, due to the warranty they claim to have. The next response was sorry, contact Amazon. Well it’s outside of the return window, they know I can’t contact Amazon, which is why I contacted the seller. I was just about to purchase a body pillow from them before this… so glad that I didn’t. Buyer Beware, they pick and choose who they want to help. The warranty only applies for certain folks, and I suppose I am not one of them.
