Highly Disappointed

As you can see, the TV that arrived was all cracked up and the top had long cracks all along it. Seller, when you place a item in a box to sell, make sure that the item works and is not cracked.. I was highly disappointed and the box it came in was very well protected and was not damaged. Poor Quality!!!!
