“Stylish and Reliable Protection for My MacBook Air”

I recently got a leather sleeve for my MacBook Air, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping my laptop protected. The leather feels soft and high-quality, and it fits my MacBook snugly, which gives me peace of mind knowing it’s safe from scratches and dust. I love how it acts as a shield against things brushing up against the laptop, whether I’m working at my desk or moving it around. What I’ve appreciated the most is how well it protects my MacBook when I’m carrying it in my backpack. The sleeve prevents the laptop from rubbing against other items, like books, chargers, or keys, which could easily scratch it otherwise. NO PROTECTIVE FLAP

Just a tight fitting sleeve. No flap as found on other less expensive sleeves. The ad claims you can charge your 13" Macbook Air while in the sleeve - that's because one side is completely exposed and unprotected. The fit is tight initially, but I feel as the leather expands, the laptop will become likely to fall out of the sleeve, if picked up by the wrong side - due to lack of cover or protective flap. Otherwise, excellent quality material as characteristic with Apple products.

These are the sleekest most elegant cases available for the older Airs. I also got a new M3 Air and it fit in my older case that I used with an M1 Air. Too bad Apple stopped making leather products to save the Earth. These really are the best cases out there, and this price is excellent!

I hesitated before ordering this as it was designed for the older, tapered MacBook Air. I glad I bought it as it exudes Apple quality. It was a snug fit the first time I put my M3 MacBook Air in. However, after leaving it in the sleeve for a 2-3 nights, the leather has stretched to fit the MacBook Air's updated design. I prefer laptop sleeves fit on the snug side as the top is open.

First off, the product I got was new, genuine, and in perfect shape. Secondly, this is a leather sleeve -- nothing more, nothing less. It provides exactly as much protection as you would expect from a leather sleeve. At the current discounted price (since this is a long-since discontinued item from Apple), it represents a great value as compared to other options, especially considering that it's a first-party accessory that is made to fit the MacBook precisely. If you are rough or clumsy with your stuff, it's in your best interest to look elsewhere for more drop protection. If you just want something that will protect it from scuffs / scratches / small bumps while in your bag or when carried around, this is perfect. I wouldn't have paid full price when this product first came out, but at ~$50, it's a steal.
