It's a great chair, and the seller backs it up

First, for the price - this is a fantastic chair. It's comfortable and can be reclined. I had to get this for working from home after suffering a pinched nerve in my neck - reclining and positioning keyboard and monitors appropriately helped me take some of the load off while I was going through physical therapy.Overall, the chair seems well built. I would recommend some blue loctite or similar for the bolts, as they will come loose over time. Assembly wasn't too tough, instructions could have been a bit better, though.I did have a caster come loose, and it turned out that the base had a weak spot of plastic on one of the five arms. There was no way to put the caster back without jury-rigging it. This is where the purchase made a difference -Within a week of sending an email and a picture of the damaged part to Daniel, I had a replacement part, no charge. I put it on the chair, and everything looks great. If you're not sure about this chair, it's safe to take a chance. Products are what they are, but service is a human trait and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks again to Daniel for restoring my faith in online purchasing.

It's a chair
By DY408 on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2020
So i just finished assembling the chair and playing around with it. For the most part assembly can be done solo until you have to put together the backrest and place the chair onto the base. The footrest is not what I expected. It doesn't slide in and out of position very easily. It also doesn't work well with my being 6'3". It barely reaches out to my knees and isn't even worth having. The chair itself is nice, at 312lbs I fit into the chair nicely. It is a little firmer than i would like but, hoping is gives a little more in time. The headrest only reaches up to my shoulder blades so its pretty useless to me as well. It only works when i recline the chair back and naturally slide down the chair a little. Tilting back in the chair is weird but, I like it. It's like a car seat because you have to pull the side lever to go back at all and to return to a normal position. Not what I'm used to in a computer chair but, it is nice being able to recline and spin around to watch TV comfortably. Overall a little less than I was hoping for but, a nice chair. Maybe is they may a version specifically for BIG&TALL I would have given it 5 stars.UPDATE: I took away 3 stars because it's only been about 10 months and the chair is broken. As I type this about every 5 minutes the chair on it's own will get lower to the ground ever so slightly. After about 30 minutes I'll be at the lowest height setting of the chair. Time to buy a new one from someone else....
