I have had to be a home-school teacher through the pandemic. My printer went out. I was given 3 used printers to try. None of them worked. I ordered a printer from Heartland America. It didn't work. When I ordered this printer I had a total of 6 printers sitting in my house. After three days of trying to get the Heartland printer installed I was tearing my hair out! Enter.....this printer. It was easy to install and works great!

I got the printer with outdated ink. After waiting over a week for replacement ink the printer tells me the cartridges are outdated and will not work with my printer. Although it’s the ink that the printer says it needs. Called customer service [which was very poor] I was so frustrated it was unreal. Now I have to wait for them to send me a return label then I have to send it back and hope WHEN I get the replacement printer that it works with the ink !!!!!! The worst part is I’m a teacher and my kids are waiting for their distant learning packets. Guess the get no work for another couple weeks!!! What a nightmare! 😩
