Alani Nu Hormonal Balance

I have been using Alan Nu Balance for quite a while now and it has helped regulate my hormones and minimize my Endometriosis symptoms- I really love it! Ordering from Amazon was a mistake. I had it on subscription, and because I didn't want to run out I had the subscription coming a little more often than was needed, so I was a few bottles ahead of my needs (Sometimes it would suddenly go out of stock! So I felt I HAD to order ahead so I didn't run out). After a while, the bottles started showing up smelling really bad. After that happened to the 2nd bottle in a row, I ordered the same supplement from another retailer, wondering if mine was defective or if Alani changed their formula. The one from another retailer was totally fine and normal! Only the ones from AMAZON had the bad smell. I tried to return the defective bottles, and they would not take them back because it was out of the return window. I tried to explain the situation, How I had them on subscription and kept ahead on my orders because of the item occasionally being out of stock, and that the items are defective, but they still wouldn't refund them. Now I'm out $160 for trusting AMAZON for my supplement subscription. :( Won't make that mistake again!!
