Great product until it died after 5 months. Edited: Contacted Anker got a replacement

First off lets get one thing clear. This product is amazing. I have this charger plugged under my desk and it charges my IPhone 12 Pro Max and my IPad. My products charge very fast. They don't heat up like other chargers. My only compliant is how bulky it is (but then again, it charges two devices very fast so eh, I'll take it).Now lets talk about why I'm unhappy with this product. Last night the charger died on me. I woke up to two uncharged devices. Everyone knows how important their devices are and to start the day to a uncharged one is very inconvenient. Considering I bought this product for $47.99, I would expect it to do it's job and charge my devices. I bought from Anker because they sell quality products that I trust will work. After this purchase I might have thought wrong about the brand. 5 months after purchase and the product no longer works? Very disappointing.I've contacted the seller and hopefully I can get this replaced which would be amazing considering I did nothing to the product to crap out on me. Depending on the outcome I will change my review to 5 stars because like I said, when the charger worked I was very pleased with it.Edited: I contacted Anker about the device not working. Shelly responded a little after 24 hours willing to help. I provided her with the model number and serial number of the product as well as my address and she was able to send a replacement. I'm extremely pleased with my interaction with Shelly. I've changed my review to 5 stars.

This product let me down twice - But Anker customer service is awesome

This charger worked well the first few days. Then it stopped providing power and the blue light blinked badly. Amazon Tech Support sent me a replacement which promptly failed; this time the blue light would not even turn on. I plugged the charger into different outlets to make sure the charger is at fault. This product has a great promise but either I am unlucky or Anker has poor quality control.Even after returning and getting my refund in both instances, Anker reached out to me to try and make up for my trouble. They sent me a gift and did their best to reassure me that they are improving on their quality control. I appreciate the effort Anker made to respond to my individual experience and I sincerely hope everyone else who buys this product will be very satisfied.Previous review:I have a choice to charge a Dell XPS 9350 or 9360 with either full power or 30 Watts. For full power I connect it alone. For 30 Watts per port I connect the laptop together with a phone.Using a USB-C cable from a Google 18W USB-C Power Adapter.Pros:Saving on space, weight in my backpack.Option for babying laptop batteries.Less heat than the stock XPS power adapter and silicon-based solutions.Charging a Google Pixel XL 2016 with “Charging rapidly” on screen at all times.Meh:No option for data transfer between connected devices. The product page states upfront that this product provides up to 30W+30W when two ports are in use. Anker also provides that information in a Q&A and in the user manual. Consumers will still be confused about power.
