Love Anker!
By Space Monkey on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2025
I have quite a few Anker chargers now and I consider them the best around. I have 2 old chargers that are still working great and I recently gave one to my mother to use. So far she loves it. I also have 3 100w Anker 10ft braided cables that have been amazing for many situations. I just got this charger and as others have said, it is a bit large and heavier than expected. My older ones are even a bit smaller and lighter, but I wouldn’t say it’s too much for travel though. To get a 60w port or two 30w is just great, especially with long Anker cables. So as of right now, I highly recommend this charger or any other Anker product you decide to get! Edit: I don’t have a tester, but so far it seems with even just one cable plugged in it’s charging very slow when it should be 60w. I used a different high watt Anker nano charger and it was so much faster. I might be returning this item… Final Edit: I unplugged it from the wall and pulled the cable out for about an hour. I plugged it back in and put the cable in the top slot. It now seems to charge my iPad Air 5 like it should. I think it’s a keeper!

This product let me down twice - But Anker customer service is awesome
By Fabio Correa on Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2019
This charger worked well the first few days. Then it stopped providing power and the blue light blinked badly. Amazon Tech Support sent me a replacement which promptly failed; this time the blue light would not even turn on. I plugged the charger into different outlets to make sure the charger is at fault. This product has a great promise but either I am unlucky or Anker has poor quality control. Even after returning and getting my refund in both instances, Anker reached out to me to try and make up for my trouble. They sent me a gift and did their best to reassure me that they are improving on their quality control. I appreciate the effort Anker made to respond to my individual experience and I sincerely hope everyone else who buys this product will be very satisfied. Previous review: I have a choice to charge a Dell XPS 9350 or 9360 with either full power or 30 Watts. For full power I connect it alone. For 30 Watts per port I connect the laptop together with a phone. Using a USB-C cable from a Google 18W USB-C Power Adapter. Pros: Saving on space, weight in my backpack. Option for babying laptop batteries. Less heat than the stock XPS power adapter and silicon-based solutions. Charging a Google Pixel XL 2016 with “Charging rapidly” on screen at all times. Meh: No option for data transfer between connected devices. The product page states upfront that this product provides up to 30W+30W when two ports are in use. Anker also provides that information in a Q&A and in the user manual. Consumers will still be confused about power.
