Otium Noise Cancelling Wireless BT Headphones

This is my second pair of Otium headphones and I have to say I am very impressed. I was looking for a reasonably priced over-ear noise cancelling headphones that I could use for work, travel, and lounging around the house. These headphones work perfectly for all those uses.Sound quality: I am an audiophile and I have gone through many pairs of headphones. Out of all the budget earphones I’ve used, I have to say Otium has the best quality for the price. These headphones have excellent sound quality (even better when noise cancelling is turned on). The base is great, but not too loud and overpowering. The sound is clear and even better when you use the equalizer on your device.Noise canceling: I have really loud neighbors and this is excellent at drowning out people and street noise if you live in a busy neighborhood like me. I must admit I have not yet used it while on a plane or train, so I cannot speak to it’s noise cancelling capabilities while traveling, but I am sure these would hold up just fine. Maybe not as good at cancelling out noise like it’s competitor Bose, but still provides excellent noise cancellation, especially for the price.Comfort: The pads over your ears are very soft and cup my ears perfectly. The headphones adjust in size in case you have a larger head and want to adjust the strap. My only complaint is that they press a little to hard on my head. It usually doesn’t bother me much and I don’t notice until after I take them off.Battery: The battery life is great. I use it mostly in bluetooth mode and since I listen to music a lot for hours during the day, I am pleasantly surprised to see that the battery lasts throughout the day for multiple wears. It is easy to charge too. It comes with a nice charging cord and doesn’t take very long to get fully charged again.Functionality: I wear these around the house and their Bluetooth range is pretty good. I would say it can work a little bit more than the advertised 10 feet. I am able to walk to the other end of my apartment and have the headphones still working with minimal interruption despite being far away and having multiple walls blocking my device from the Bluetooth signal.Overall, excellent sound and noise cancellation quality for a great price. I would highly recommend these headphones if you are looking for good quality headphones without paying exorbitant prices.
