Hyatt's Gelli Arts Gel Printing Plate

I'm so bummed. I ordered this without reading the reviews. If I had I would have discovered that other people had issues with the quality of the product as well. I have several Gelli Arts brand plates. The all have perfectly smooth surfaces. This one has several oval depressions on both sides of the plate. I ordered back in November but didn't open it until recently. I can't get a clean print off of either side of the plate. Would love either a non-defective replacement or my money back.
