Great coffee maker but get the protection plan

I love my Keurig machine but I’ll get the protection plan next time. I’ve had a Keurig since they were available but the new models don’t last as much as they did before. Expecting it to last as much as they did, I didn’t purchase the protection plan but I’m already having issues with it. It’s a great coffee maker and I will purchase again, I’m mad at m my self for not getting the protection plan.

Water reservoir malfunction

I purchased this in 2023 during prime days. I have it my salon and have i my used it about 10 times. I went to make a cup of coffee the other day and the add water light was on, a the water reservoir was full. I have cleaned the dispenser and trouble shot everything and it still won’t work.
