Powdered Erythritol Sweetener

The only way I could succeed at ditching sugar was to find a good sweetener. One that doesn't taste bitter or have that nasty stevia aftertaste. I've tried many different brands and blends over the past 4 months and this is by far my favorite. I like the powdered over the granular because it dissolves so nicely in my coffee and is perfect for the peanut butter cup fat bombs I make. It really works perfectly in anything you want to make. There's a video on this page for a Chocolate Lava Cake and if you love chocolate, I urge you to make it. It is amazing!Erythritol isn't quite as sweet as sugar so you may need to play around with the amounts to get it as sweet as you like. There is so much sugar in everything these days, we've grown accustomed to everything being overly sweet. I've noticed in the past 4 months being sugar free that I don't need things to be as sweet anymore. This is coming from someone who had a sweet tooth the size of Mt. Rushmore.This week I ordered another 2.5 lb bag. When the package arrived, the bag sweetener had popped open during shipping and what a mess! I wasn't sure who to message because I know that Amazon does the shipping but it said no returns. So I contacted SoNourished and they had a new bag on its way to me the next day!
