Improvement over my original Acer

My second Acer monitor. The first one 5 years old is still working. This one is slimmer and tilts more than the original one. Much improved. Plugged in and recognized the laptop without issue or prompting. Hope it lasts as long as the first one.

pic quality is not the best for movies/shows.

i bought 2 to use for stock trading, for that purpose they work great. But when watching a movie/shows, the screens have a light haze over them that can't be corrected by adjusting the brightness/contrast or presets. if you get real close to the screen and look at what is supposed to be a solid black area you can see how every other pixel is a dark gray rather than black. its like a black/dark gray checkerboard. i have 2 other monitors and they are not like this. you can see a pretty drastic change when dragging the show from screen to screen.
