I bought this cord even tho I still rock an iPhone 6s Plus. It works just fine and chargers my phone just a little faster. I mainly got it because more and more USB-C charging ports are becoming more common and even replacing standard USB charging ports in cars and power block and portable blocks. I’ve charged my phone and AirPods with zero issue. The cord is very Stiff out of the box and does tend to keep its “shape memory” but after about a week of use. It has started to relax some. Holding the cord from one end a running the cord between your fingers slightly offset against the bends from time to time does help speed up the relaxing process. All and all it’s an excellent and durable. Apple stuff may be overpriced but it’s excellent quality so I’m. It complaining.

great, but short life :/

usually apple products are very reliable when it comes to original apple chargers so i was very excited about this charger. i’ve heard so many amazing things from people about how the usb-c chargers are much faster and good for newer model iphones that have longer battery life. so i bought it!! i absolutely love the charger, it’s so fast. with this charger, i do not travel or move around a lot with it as i know how you treat your charger you get back in return so i make sure to be as careful as i can with it. i’ve only had it for about two months and i’m starting to notice some issues. there’s been a few shorts here and there whenever i’ve plugged it in. but no biggie as it would be fine after plugging it back in. but as of today, march 17, my cable has sadly stopped working. i’ve retried multiple different usb-c power adapters and outlets and even tried charging my airpods to see if maybe it was my phone with the problem, but still no hope. unfortunately my window for amazon has closed as this was purchased the 30th of january. i talked to an amazon support worker who was very patient and helpful but sadly could not do much but i will hopefully get in contact with the manufacturer soon and will update on what happens.
