Great value

Product arrived well - packed. Setup and initial boot was a breeze. Running latest Windows 10 Home. I got this refurb for a crazy low price, and for my modest music production needs it is perfect. Unlike some others my keyboard was US friendly, but I got a Logitech wireless board and mouse for around 20 bucks at a box store. The CPU runs fast and smooth, wireless antenna seems very adequate--I am upstairs and my router is downstairs quite a ways away. No dropouts at all. I am VERY happy with this purchase. I think I will throw some more RAM on it--it comes with 6 but will take a max of 16. The intel i5 chip is more than powerful enough for my needs. Highly recommend the seller and the product.

MISSING OPERATING SYSTEM FAULT...DO NOT BUY

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS, the machines worked for 2 days. I bought 2 for my vacation rental, I was not able to use any of them. I had to start using one as my laptop has an issue and I left it on and work up to see a display as evidenced in my photo. I thought maybe I didn't do something right, but I followed all directions on the disc and what came with the purchase, I eventually sent for the other machine and what would you know? Same darn issue, I told my partner who then told me to have a tech look at it. When he got both he asked me what was wrong...So I told him he said they were coming on fine...I said. WTH! So he says they are both turning on...I said impossible! I sent him my photos...he then said well that's odd but it's working. So I took them back, best believe, they went again...both of them. So one day I took one off the ground where and plugged it in, turned it on...It turned on an worked!!! By then I was baffled...So now I'm excited, then splat...a couple days later, same issue. Moral of the story, if the price is too good to be true...then it is too good to be true!
