Used and cheaply made

Right out the package I could tell this has been used, it has wax residue. I’m very upset, I bought this same machine in 2019 and it’s amazing! Unfortunately it is not the same because not as nice quality and on the bottom of my old one it says it’s 100w and the new one is 25w, why is that? It takes way longer to heat because of that
