Excellent Product and Top-Notch Customer Service

The Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite is an absolute necessity for any CPAP-user who wants to travel. Thanks to this battery, I’ve been able to go on multi-day backpacking trips, do van life, and stay off-grid without being tethered to power—something which was always a challenge with my CPAP. The battery lasts roughly 2 nights, charges quickly, and performs perfectly. I did have an issue with one unit, but Medistrom’s customer service was excellent—they handled it quickly and professionally, which gives me even more confidence in their product. Knowing I can rely on both the battery and the company behind it makes all the difference. If you need a dependable CPAP battery for travel and outdoor adventures, this is it!

DO NOT BUY

Do not buy this. The battery stopped working ~18 months after purchasing it. The company, Medistrom, diagnosed the issue over the phone in about 30 seconds as a bad circuit board. This is clearly a well known quality issue with the product.
