Great System. Easy to install

After buying several home security systems that didnt work and returning i purchased the Simplisafe system and it works perfectly. Also very easy to install. It took me about 15mins. CONS: It does not work with the Simplisafe app. You have to purchase the dispatch service to use the app. Also the base flashes blue light constantly which can be annoying. My product also keeps saying one sensor is out. Followed the troubleshooting process but still wont connect the one sensor

Sold me a used product at new price

I’m only giving 1 star because I’m not very happy about being sold a used product and paying the new cost price (sadly there are no negative stars). The base station was obviously used it has scuff marks on it. One of the door contact sensors did not work at all even after swapping batteries out with one that was working. In my error I did not realize there’s no external siren with the package I bought, I had to order two external sirens separately after unboxing this 12 piece unit. It took less than an hour to set everything up. The cameras have some really good quality resolution on them. The external sirens are not very loud at all. I suppose I’m at a loss for paying new cost price for a used unit, I guess I’m also kind of screwed on one bad contact switch as well. However, after getting it all hooked up it does function very well and is a very easy system to use, very happy with it, I’m just very disappointed again that I was sold a used unit when I paid for a brand new unit.
