Cuisinart Classic 10-Piece Cookware Set (Open Box)

I really wanted to love this set. I have had it for over two years now. I bought these per the recommendation of a chef friend saying that stainless steel was the way to go for cookware. This was a really nice and complete set that was in my price range -- which since I purchased it the price as gone up more. I cannot for the life of me say how much I HATE this set. I will outline the pros and cons of these pans. Pros: Various sizes for cooking. Heavy duty -- no damage. Lids sit perfectly on the correct sizes. Heat distributes great throughout the whole pan -- trust me -- the handles even get a smidge warm. Cons: They do not clean easily, ever, no matter what product is being used. NEVER clean easily. Everything sticks in them. EVERYTHING. Bacon even sticks-- how?? I have seasoned them almost every week since a month or so after I purchased them.. Still no help. They are heavy. Very heavy. I dislike this set SOO much that I went and purchased super cheap pans recently from Wal-Mart so I could have easier pans to use. Because it would take almost as much time to clean the pans after each use as it took to actually cook with them. Even with making sure to season them AND prewarm all my oils/ fats to cook prior to adding the food. It was so bad that I stopped cooking much..
