Alpine Countertop Paper Towel Holder

My old upright paper towel holder has seen better days, so I went online to find a replacement. Boy, have the prices gone up since I bought the old one - but what hasn't? I wanted one with an arm that would hold the towels in place so they wouldn't unravel off the tube and was surprised to see that most were not spring-loaded to stay in place as the roll diminished in size. This one has that and is a very simple design, nothing fancy, which is what I wanted. I was surprised to see that it came in three pieces, unassembled. Really? It was simple to put it together once I figured out that the two screws needed to do so were already in place on the pedestal and needed to be removed with a screwdriver, then used to attach the post and arm. Okay, so that should have been obvious, but I am in my mid-70s, so it took longer to figure it out.
