VitaRaw Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules with The Mother

I bought these mainly for appetite suppression...did not suppress it at all. "Perhaps" this supplement is beneficial for some other things but for the purpose I bought it for, it did not work for me. In fact, I felt my appetite increased. I have since stopped taking them and im back to my "normal" appetite and working on just eating better foods and eating them in small portions and reducing my stomach tolerance. I wish I had the discipline for exercise as well but as it gets warmer out, I will go for 2-3 miles walks to aid in weight loss. I have come to discover many of the "gimicks" or "claims" vitamins or supplements make are just that and nothing else. We were not meant to be controlled by supplements. Its proper diet, frequent small food intake, and exercise that will work 100% every time. Im done with buying vitamins/supplements unless directed by a doctor for other purposes. Ive tried so many for different things and all have failed. I am going to Stick with the way God created us to live. Proper and wholesome food with some exercise. Plain and simple. This is not a slight against the company who sold it and shipped it to me. No problems with them. Just the claims and actual results of the supplement I have a problem with.
