Waste of money

I just got this and was excited to finally have a working laptop, but it was more of frustration than excitement when I took it out of the box and plugged it in. A set up was a breeze, no problem there. It even found the printer and external hard drive without me clicking any buttons. the trouble started when I wanted to open anything up, and I mean ANYTHING. Web page takes a solid 30 seconds to load up if not more. And don't even start me on opening any files from my external HD! Waste of money! Now I have to look for something again and go through headaches with returning it.
