Angel Wing Cake Topper

This gross attempt at an ornament was truly a disappointment! I mean, it's a candy stick glued to a u-shaped piece of paper with 1 layer of seven paper thin white feathers. You can see the remnants of glue and you can also see the paper through the feathers. The lights which are thought were built in are actually a string of fairy lights attached to a battery. Applying the lights to the already cheap feather base was frustrating and pointless. I just want a refund. This in no way deserved my 6.99.
